Dodge A100

The Dodge A- series (or Forward Control ) was a series of vans and pickups that Chrysler manufactured under the brand name Dodge and Fargo from 1964 to 1970. Its competitors were the Ford Econoline and Chevy Van, his model of the VW bus of the first generation. Cab and engine were placed over the front axle. The A100 had a wheelbase of 2,286 mm. From 1967 to 1970, the A108 with a wheelbase of 2,743 mm was also offered. The A108 was often converted into camper vans.

A much tuned A100 pickup, which was equipped with a Chrysler Hemi engine, made as Little Red Wagon - driven by Bill " Maverick" Golden - from the 1960s to the year 2000, the race tracks unsafe.

In the movie The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the five teens riding in a van with A100 -developed second row of seats. In the movie Cars the supporting role of Rusty Rust - Eze is occupied by a very rusty A100.
