Dodge & Cox is an American investment company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It was founded in 1930 by Van Duyn Dodge and E. Morris Cox in San Francisco. The funds of the company have assets under management of U.S. $ 235 billion (as at 31 December 2007).

Dodge & Cox holds a stake of 5.87 % in the electronics group Matsushita. Furthermore, Dodge & Cox holds a shareholding of 10.09 % on the world 's largest brick manufacturer Wienerberger as well as larger shares of General Motors and Infineon.
