Dolgans

The people of the Dolgan ( dolgan. Долган / Dolgan, Тыа-кихи/Tya-kichi, Саха / Sacha; Russian Долганы / Dolgany ) is a turksprachiges indigenous people of the Russian North.

The dolganische language belongs to the northern group of the Turkic languages ​​and is closely related to the Yakut language. In the census of 2002, 7,261 people known as Dolgan, of which 5,517 lived in the Taimyr Autonomous District.
