Dolleren

Dolleren ( German Dollern ) is a commune with 454 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Thann, founded the Canton Masevaux and the 2001 Association of Municipalities Vallée de la Doller et Soultzbach.

Geography

The municipality is located in the upper Dolleren Doller valley in the south-eastern Vosges. The summit of the 1247 m high Ballon d' Alsace ( Ballon d'Alsace ) stands seven kilometers west of Dolleren. Which borders to the south with the region of Franche -Comté municipality of Dolleren is part of the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges. The highest point of the village is the northern part of the Baerenkopfes ( 1074 m).

Neighboring communities of Dolleren are Oberbruck in the north and northeast, Wegscheid in the east ( point of contact ), Kirchberg in the southeast, Lamadeleine -Val -des- Anges in the south, southwest, and Sewen Riervescemont in the west.
