Dollhouse Museum

The toy worlds Museum Basel ( until March 1, 2012 Dollhouse Museum ) is located in the Swiss city of Basel is the largest museum of its kind in Europe. It belongs to the patron Gigi Oeri, was built by her and opened its doors in 1998.

The exhibition of more than 6,000 teddy bears, dolls, toy shops, dollhouses and miniatures is unique in Europe. In the toy worlds Museum Basel all the rooms from ground floor to the 4th floor are wheelchair accessible. For people with impaired hearing or a hearing aid audio systems are available in the museum.
