A Néel wall ( Néel Louis ) is defined as a domain wall in which the rotation of the magnetization occurs in the layer plane. This type of domain wall is energetically more favorable than the Bloch wall in very thin ferromagnetic layers, as in this, the magnetization in the wall from the layer plane shows.
