Domingo Perurena Telletxea, also Txomin Perurena Telletxea, (* December 15 1943 in Oiartzun ) is a retired Spanish road bicycle racer. He was one of the most successful road racers of his country from the 1960s to the 1970s.

As an amateur Domingo Perurena won at UCI Road World Championships 1965 in Lasarte Oria - the silver medal in the team time trial over 100 km, together with Ventura Diaz Arrey, José -Manuel López Rodríguez and José Manuel Lasa.

From 1966 to 1979 Perurena worked as a professional. In those years, he won numerous victories, especially in races in Spain and France. Only 14 times he competed in the Vuelta a España. 1972 and 1974 he won the points classification, 1972, he enlisted in the episode eleven days the Maillot amarillo of the overall leader and 1974 for seven days. In 1975 he was second in the overall standings. He also won a total of twelve stages. In 1974, he decided the mountains classification in the Tour de France itself. Five times he participated in UCI Road World Championships in 1974 and finished in eighth place. 1973 and 1975 he was Spanish champion in the road race.

Among other successes in 1967 were a victory in the Setmana Catalana de Ciclisme, 1969 and 1970 at the Gran Premio de Llodio, 1972 at the Valencia round trip, 1973 at the Tour of Catalonia, the GP Navarre and the Grand Prix Miguel Indurain. 1971 and 1977, he also won the Klasika Primavera. Overall, he recorded during his sporting career 94 stage victories at various tours. He twice competed in the six-day race of Madrid, in 1966, he finished together with José Manuel Lopez Rodriguez third place, and in 1970 won the two drivers.

After ending his active sports career Perurena was sports director at different teams.
