Dominic Oduro ( born August 13, 1985 in Accra, Ghana) is a Ghanaian football player at the position of a striker. He currently plays for the Chicago Fire SC in the top division in the North American Soccer, Major League Soccer.

Career

Youth and Amateur Football

Oduro began his active career as a football player in 1999 at the Prempeh College in Kumasi, Ghana, where he was employed until 2000 in the local football team. Also at the University of Ghana, which he attended from 2001 to 2003, he played football. In 2004, Oduro came from Ghana to the United States after him the coach of the football team at Virginia Commonwealth University had seen in a game. Club career

In MLS SuperDraft 2006 Oduro was drafted in the second round as the 22nd pick to FC Dallas to Texas.
