Dominik Bittner

Dominik Bittner ( born June 10, 1992 Weilheim in Oberbayern ) is a German professional ice hockey player who plays from the 2012/2013 season for the Adler Mannheim of the DEL.

Career

Bittner joined us in 2007 from the youth of the EC Bad Tölz to the young eagles Mannheim for which he spent three years in the German Junior League went on the ice, where he celebrated each DNL Championship. In the 2010/11 season he has been endowed by the eagles Mannheim with a mining license for the Heilbronner Falken, for which he played in the 2nd Bundesliga. When CHL Import Draft in 2011 Bittner was selected to 51 instead of the Everett Silvertips, whereupon the defender joined the Canadian Western Hockey League. From the 2012/2013 DEL season, he is at the Adler Mannheim under contract.

Internationally

In 2009, Bittner for Germany at the World U -17 Hockey Challenge, as well as the U18 Junior World Cup finals. In 2010 he succeeded to the U20 national promotion to the top division, where he was also on the 2011 German squad at the U20 World Youth Championship.
