Don Cheadle
Don Cheadle [ tʃi ː də ] ( born November 29, 1964 in Kansas City, Missouri ) is an American actor and film producer.
Life
Cheadle is best known for the successful series Picket Fences. Previously, he had already played in the series Golden Palace, the successor to the Golden Girls. But in the early 1980s he made the jump to the movies, where he was most frequently seen in so-called ensemble films such as Boogie Nights, with whom he also earned a good reputation in the cinema. Steven Soderbergh cast him five times already. For his role in Hotel Rwanda Don Cheadle was nominated in 2005 for an Oscar for best actor, after he had previously seen in supporting roles. Crash was awarded as "Best Film in 2005 " with the Oscar. In 2013 he was awarded as the best series protagonists ( Comedy or Musical) in the comedy series House of Lies a Golden Globe Award.
Cheadle is in a relationship with actress Bridgid Coulter, with whom he has two children.
