Donald C. Winter

Donald C. Winter ( born June 15, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American civil servant. He practiced on 31 January 2006 until his resignation on 13 March 2009, the Office of the Secretary of State of the United States Navy (United States Secretary of the Navy ) from.

Career
