Donald Smythe

Donald "Don" K. Smythe (c. 1930) is a former Canadian badminton player.

Career

Donald Smythe 1952 won his first two Canadian titles, five more followed until 1955. 1957 and 1958 he won the Canadian Open in the men's doubles with Budd Porter. His greatest triumph he celebrated in 1954, when he was able to advance into the final of the All England. There, however, he was defeated Eddy Choong from Malaya with 5:15 and 6:15.
