The Donau-Arena is a city built in the east of Regensburg 1999 multi-function hall, which is now used mainly as an ice rink. It is home to the Hockey - Oberliga EV Regensburg. Other users of the hall are the EHC Regensburg Regensburg and the EC. Furthermore, the hall for other events, such as fairs or concerts, are used. First major event in the Donau-Arena was on 23 April 1999 also nationally highly acclaimed concert by Bruce Springsteen. My predecessor as ice rink was the ice rink at the Nibelungen Bridge.
