Donna is a six-part mini-series that was produced in 1996 by the RAI and First film with Ottavia Piccolo, Angelo Infanti, Simona Cavallari and Edwige Fenech. Directed by Gianfranco Giagni. It was broadcast between 3 March and 1 April, reaching an average of just under 6 million viewers.
Action
Matilde lives in Ferrara and is married to the small business owner Robert. She is faced with a serious family crisis when her eldest daughter Nina leaves her husband and child in order to pursue a modeling career and the younger son Matteo terminate his studies when he falls in love with a friend Matilde. Roberto throws out his son and occurs in improper transactions with the South Americans Vezze one, the ex-lover of Nina. Matilde sees her husband's decisions critically and under pressure from his family. She leaves Robert and moves in with an old friend. Robert, meanwhile, gets deeper and deeper into entanglements with which overlay it Nina and Vezze. Matilde stays with her ex- husband while Matteo cleared his affairs. Nina is arrested and falls after a suicide attempt in a coma. She survived, but not without leaving permanent damage in the relations of the parties. Matteo falls in love with an old comrade, while Matilde can now refresh their old love in peace.
