Doris De Agostini

Doris De Agostini - Rossetti ( born April 28, 1958 in Airolo, born as Doris De Agostini ) is a former Swiss ski racer.

Her first World Cup victory they achieved in a snow race at the 1976 Silberkrug race in Bad Gastein. However, it took five years before she could celebrate another success in their specialized discipline departure at Gold Key races in Schruns.

In the seasons 1980/81 and 1981/82 they finished respectively second in the downhill World Cup ( behind Marie -Therese Nadig and Marie -Cécile Gros- Gaudenier ). In the 1982/83 season she then won the downhill World Cup. She won a total of eight World Cup races and was able to classify in 25 other races in the top ten.

The World Ski Championships 1978 in Garmisch -Partenkirchen, she was third in the downhill, behind Annemarie Moser -Pröll and Irene Epple. End of the season 1982/83 they said after the fifth place in the departure of Mont Tremblant her retirement from professional racing.
