Dorota Kuczkowska
Dorota Kuczkowska ( born July 21, 1979 in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship ) is a Polish Canoe Sprint athlete and competitor at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. They will start for the club Spójnia Warszawa.
Career
Your biggest achievement is a fourth place at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 in the K -4 with Aneta Konieczna Beata Mikołajczyk and Edyta Dzieniszewska, where she missed the bronze medal by less than five hundredths of a second.
At the 2001 World Championships in Poznan she won the 200m with Karolina Sadalska, Aneta Pastuszka and Joanna Skowron the Bronze and above 1000 m with Karolina Sadalska, Aneta Bialkowska and Joanna Skowron the silver medal with the Polish team in the K-4. Another bronze medal she achieved at the 2007 World Championships in Duisburg in the K- 2, together with Marta Walczykiewicz.
In European Championships she reached so far a second place in 2004 in Poznan with Iwona Pyzalska (K- 2 1000 m ) and several third places in 2002 in Szeged (K- 4 1000 m ), 2007 in Pontevedra ( K-2 500 m) and 2008 in Milan (K-1 200 m).
In the Polish Championships, she won three gold medals next nine silver and 13 bronze medals.
