Dorothy McKim

Dorothy McKim ( born November 8, 1961) is an American film producer.

Life

McKim came in 1980 to the Walt Disney Company, and since 1984 working at Disney Feature Animation. She was involved in Disney classics like The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast on the production line. As a producer of the short animated film Prep & Landing, which was created for ABC in 2009, she won an Emmy in 2010. It was followed by the sequels Prep & Landing Stocking Stuffer: Operation: Secret Santa (2010) and Prep & Landing: Naughty vs.. Nice ( 2011), among others, received a VES Award from the Visual Effects Society and another Emmy for the McKim. For the Mickey Mouse short animated film Get a Horse! , In which Lauren MacMullan directed, McKim was nominated in 2014 for Best Animated Short Film for an Oscar in the category.
