Dorsum Guettard

The dorsum is a Guettard dorsum on the southern hemisphere of the Moon. He is about 40 km long, and its average coordinates are 10 ° S / 18 ° W.

He was named after the French geologist and mineralogist Jean- Étienne Guettard 1976. His name was approved by the IAU at its General Assembly in Grenoble.
