Dotsiko (Greek Δοτσικό (n. sg. ) ) Is a village of the municipality Grevena in the Greek region of Western Macedonia.

The mountainous village located about 30 kilometers west Grevenas at an altitude of 1,060 m on the east side of the 1,799 m high mountain Skourtza (Greek Σκούρτζα ) in the Pindos Mountains. In the 2001 census had a population of 187 Dotsiko residents.

Until the administrative reform of 2010, the village, the community Dotsiko formed simultaneously ( Κοινότητα Δοτσικού ) in the prefecture of Grevena, since he has the status of a district ( Δημοτική Ενότητα ) of the municipality Grevena.

Parts of the film The Great Alexander ( Ο Μεγαλέξανδρος ) of the Greek director Theo Angelopoulos were filmed in Dotsiko.
