Douglas McCarthy

Douglas John McCarthy ( born September 1, 1967) is the lead singer of the band Nitzer Ebb.

In addition to the career with the band Nitzer Ebb was listening to some songs of the band Recoil Alan Wilder of McCarthy's voice. His voice was also heard on songs of the band Die Krupps.

After the separation of Nitzer Ebb became inactive McCarthy. Since mid-2006 he is active again with Nitzer Ebb.

Fixmer / McCarthy

2002 contact was made to the techno producers Terence Fixmer. This was by Mute Records (including Depeche Mode ) asked to remix Nitzer Ebb.

Later, the music project Fixmer / McCarthy was born. From this collaboration two albums have now emerged.
