Down District Council

Down ( Irish An Dún ) is one of the 26 Districts in Northern Ireland and comprises part of the traditional county of Down. In the district, which was formed in 1973, adjacent to the headquarters Downpatrick places Ardglass, Ballynahinch, Castlewellan, Clough, Crossgar, Dundrum, Killough, Killyleagh, Newcastle, Saintfield, Seaforde and Strangford.
