The Dr. Necmettin - Şeyhoğlu Stadium is a football stadium in the Turkish Karabük and is the home stadium of the club Kardemir Karabükspor.

The stadium was built in 1998 and renovated in 2008. It has a floodlit, it also offers seating for 7,593 spectators. The site was Karabük Dr. Necmettin Şeyhoğlu named after the mayor of the city. He held the position from 1968 to 1973 and again from 1984 to 1987.

The stadium was renovated during the 2012/13 season. To this end, all four bleachers were successively demolished and rebuilt without closing the stadium for the current season. Thus, the present capacity of 7,500 spectators was expanded to 15,000. The renovation work will be completed during the first half of the season 2013/14.
