Dragan Bogavac

Dragan Bogavac [ bɔɡaʋats ] ( born April 7, 1980 in Bijelo Polje ) is a Montenegrin football player.

Bogavac began his career at FK Brskovo Mojkovac. In 1999 he moved to FK Rudar Pljevlja, in January 2002, then to FK Red Star Belgrade. With Red Star he was in 2004 the Serbian champion and cup winner and participated in the UEFA Cup 2003/ 04. In summer 2005, the then second division Wacker Burghausen him committed as a substitute for the TSV 1860 München exchanged Stefan Reisinger. For the 2007/08 season he signed a contract with TuS Koblenz. After half a season, he went within the league for SC Paderborn 07, in which he remained until the descent of the SCP. For the seasons 2008/ 09 and 2009/10 Bogavac signed free transfer a contract with the then second division 1 FSV Mainz 05, in which he rose to the First League in 2009. On September 12, 2009 Bogavac came to his first appearance in the Bundesliga.

On 12 September 2007 Bogavac debuted at the match against Sweden in the Montenegrin national football team.

Dragan Bogavac is the cousin of Danko Boskovic, who was under contract with Wehen until the end of season 2010 /2011.
