Drejø

Drejø is a Danish island in the "Danish Southern Seas " south of Funen. The island forms a separate parish municipality (Danish: Sogn ) Drejø Sogn, the office belonged to the Danish municipal reform of 1970 Harde Sund Herred in the former Svendborg, then to the Svendborg municipality in the former County of Funen, with the municipal reform of 1 January 2007 has risen in the "new " Svendborg municipality in the region Syddanmark.

The island has an area of 4.26 km ² and 64 inhabitants (1 January 2013). Located on the northern coast of a non-fired investors, on the south coast a ferry and marina. From there, there are ferry connections to the north-eastern neighboring island Skarø and to Svendborg on Funen.

Drejø belongs to the Association of Danish small islands.
