Dresdner Schnauzen

Dresdner snouts - Zoogeschichten of Saxony is a series of ZDF sent since January 2007. It is one of the German zoo docu-soaps, and tells the story of everyday stories of the keepers and animals at the zoo in Dresden. Thus, the ZDF tried on the success of Elephant, Tiger & Co. to tie the ARD and other zoo - documentaries.

The first episode was broadcast on January 8, 2007, followed by Monday to Friday, a total of 31 episodes each with a duration of about 45 minutes. The first episode saw 1.53 million viewers, which represents a market share of 11.2 percent.
