The tests are individually on a standard dressage arena or conducted in small groups and assessed up to five judges, jointly or individually.

The training tasks consist of a certain number of lessons that can be shown in a particular order or in a freestyle, with background music in freely chosen sequence. The horse moves in the gaits walk, trot and canter on straight and curved lines ( railway figures), forward, sideways or even backwards.
