Drew Larman

Drew Larman (born 15 May 1985 in Canton, Michigan ) is an American professional ice hockey player standing since 2009 with the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Drew Larman began his career as a hockey player in Canada's top junior league Ontario Hockey League, where he was active from 2002 to 2005 for the Sarnia Sting and the London Knights. With the Knights, he won in the 2004/05 season the J. Ross Robertson Cup. As OHL champion his team then took part in the Memorial Cup, this also won.

On 28 September 2005, the right-handed shooter received as a free agent contract with the Florida Panthers, but he was ever drafted. In the season 2005/ 06 Larman ran for Florida's farm team, the Florida Everblades of the ECHL and the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League, on, before he made ​​his debut in the National Hockey League for the Panthers in the following season. Overall, the Americans scored two goals in 16 NHL games. In the 2007 /08 season, the Center played a further six games in the NHL, then, however, came only in the AHL for use. On July 13, 2009 Larman signed a one-year contract with the Boston Bruins.
