For each license twelve two-hour sessions must be attended in which general knowledge is taught around driving on the road. Although there are different hours, theoretically could be a learner but twelve times going at the same theory lesson and would have completed his general part of it. Added to this is a different number of additional hours during which special knowledge is transmitted to a specific class. ( For example, 2 Class B, Class A, for example, 4). In the examination, basic and specific questions are asked. There are for the B class, for example, in the primary market 20 basic and 10 special issues on 10 possible points of failure, among which only a question may be answered incorrectly, which brings five points of failure. As an extension of an already acquired class, there are only 10 questions each, but only 6 possible points of failure. After the test, the learner receives a signed proof of the existence or non- existence, including failure points by Categories handed sort, which he must hand in his driving school.

The practical part consists of a different number of " lessons " and the duty hours. The number of " lessons " varies depending on the skill of the student. Only when the driving instructor is of the opinion that the learner is ready for duty hours, he can start with these. In the primary market is 12 duty hours that are composed of Nacht-/Beleuchtungs-, highway and cross-country trips. If these are completed and the learner skills sufficient for the practice examination, he is registered at the request of his driving school for the practice exam. This consists of a small theoretical part, be queried in the short things to the class (eg, " When will the warning lights turned on? " For Class B or "Please make a lights check! " For class A) and the actual driving together. The practice exam takes about 45 minutes.
