Dror Kashtan

Dror Kashtan ( born October 1, 1944 in Petah Tikva, . Hebrew דרור קשטן ) is an Israeli football coach. He is a coach of the Israeli national team.

Kashtan had an unremarkable playing career at Hapoel Petah Tikva and Hapoel Kfar Saba. He went down in the history books as the only Israeli to this day, which was even before he completed a League appointed to the national team. There he completed three internationals.

However, as a coach, he became the most successful Israeli coach of all time: he won the national championship five times, five times the State Cup three times and the Toto Cup. He celebrated his probably biggest international success with Hapoel Tel Aviv, Kashtan led the team into the UEFA Cup quarter-finals.

In 2006 he became the successor of Avraham Grant as coach.
