Drug cartel

Drug cartels (drug syndicates; pejorative, from the US-American ) rings are called drug dealers selling illegal intoxicating substances in a big way, and often belong to the Mafia. Often it is with them but not actual cartels as mergers of competitors, but 'normal' hierarchical organizations. In South America, the most uncontrollable drug cartels are to be found.
