Drug-related crime

The term related crime called criminal activities to finance narcotics and is thus part of the drug-related crime. The classic example are property crimes such as burglary, theft, robbery, now rare pharmacy burglaries of dependent drug users.

A distinction is made between direct and indirect drug-related crime. Among the first group includes offenses for direct purchase of narcotics, the second group is raising money or valuables to finance the purchase.

Among drug-addicted women and men are also found frequently procurement prostitution in addition to the drug-related crime.
