Du Cane Range

The Du Cane Range is a mountain range in the center of the Australian state of Tasmania and part of the Great Dividing Range. The mountain range is situated on the eastern edge of the Cradle Mountain - Lake St. Clair National Park on the border of the Walls -of- Jerusalem National Park.

The highest peak, Mount Massif, applies with a height of 1514 m as the seventh highest point in Tasmania. She is very popular with walkers and climbers.

The Du Cane Range was named after Sir Charles Du Cane, who was Governor of Tasmania 1874-1878.
