Duane Eddy

Duane Eddy ( born April 26, 1938 in Corning in the U.S. state of New York) is an American rock and pop guitarist.

Biography

Duane Eddy was born in 1938 in Corning in the U.S. state of New York and began at the age of five years, as his great Western hero Gene Autry guitar. In 1951 he moved with his family to Arizona.

At 25, he married in 1963 Mirriam Johnson, a country singer with the stage name Jessi Colter. In its six years of marriage, she also worked in the arts and published in 1967, the single " Guitar on My Mind". After her divorce Jessi Colter married the following year, the country singer Waylon Jennings, Duane Eddy during his second wife, Deed, married, with whom he still lives together in Memphis, Tennessee.
