DubaiSat 2

DubaiSat 2 is an Earth observation satellite of the United Arab Emirates.

Mission and payload

The satellite is the successor of DubaiSat 1 and has a Korsch telescope.

He was started on November 21, 2013 from the Baikonur Jasny from a Dnepr rocket together with the South Korean STSAT -3, and 31 others, mostly secondary experimental payloads from 17 countries in a sun-synchronous orbit.

His COSPAR designation is 2013 - 066D.
