Career

Association

Dudu Cearense was discovered and bound by the Brazilian club EC Vitória. In his first season with the first team, he won the Campeonato Baiano, the state championship of Bahia, and established himself in the subsequent period as a regular player of the club.

In 2004 he was implicated in a number of European clubs, but opted for a change to Japan Kashiwa Reysol. After only eleven games, it was decided, however, to give Dudu to Europe, where he came to Stade Rennes. So it was in Russia attentive to him and he was obliged by CSKA Moscow in 2005.
