Duel Painter
The Duel Painter was a designated a Notnamen ancient Greek vase painter who decorated his works in the Corinthian black-figure - style. He worked during the Frühkorinthischen phase of the style ( 625-600 BC). The dueling painters decorated his Aryballoi preferably with fight scenes, which also earned him his Notnamen. He was also one of the first Corinthian painter who painted birds.
