Duke of Villahermosa

The Duke of Villahermosa is part of the Spanish high nobility and the grandees of the country. First Duke of Villahermosa was Alfonso of Aragon, the illegitimate son of King John II.

Current title holder is Álvaro de Urzaiz Azlor y de Aragon ( b. 1937 ), 19th Duque de Villahermosa, who is unmarried and without heirs.
