Dunnigan Hills AVA

Dunnigan Hills AVA ( recognized since 13 May 1993) is an American Viticultural Area in the U.S. state of California. The area extends north-west of the administrative area of Yolo County. The climate is similar to that of the Mediterranean and this is reflected in the choice of grape varieties resist. The largest winery in the protected designation of origin is the operation of RH Phillips with his 526 -acre property (1300 acres ).
