Dupont's Lark

The Dupont's lark ( Chersophilus duponti ) is a species of bird in the family of larks ( Alaudidae ).

Description

With a length of about 19 centimeters, one of the larger larks. The most striking feature of the red-brown bird is the long, slender, downward curved beak. The outer feathers of the tail are white. At the top there is a bright eye-streak.

Way of life
