Dye pack

A security package is a passive action against bank robberies. The Sicherheitspäcken is hidden in a prepared bundle of money and will explode during the escape of the robber and release color, tear gas or other chemicals. The color is used for recognition of stolen bills which were stolen along with the security package, and shall make no use to the bank robber stole the money. In addition, it may support the seizure and identification of the perpetrator by the liberated color marked clothing or skin of the offender.

The packages can be activated by being stored in the cash compartment, for example over a magnet or are connected with a wire and cause a time fuze removal. Other safety packets can be directly activated by a radio signal or by leaving the reception range of the signal.
