Dygulybgey

Dygulybgei (Russian Дыгулыбгей ) is a village ( selo ) in the Republic of Kabardino -Balkaria in Russia with 20,228 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010 ).

Geography

The village is located about 20 km as the crow north-northwest of the Republic capital Nalchik on the northern edge of the Greater Caucasus on the right bank of the river Baksan.

Dygulybgei belongs to the town of Baksan district and is located about 2 km south of the center of the city of Baksan, in fact immediately followed across the river to the city.

History

The village was called until around 1990 Kysburun 3-j (also Kysburun treti ), in the meaning " Third Kysburun " in contrast to the further upriver at Baksan "First" and " Second Kysburun " ( Kysburun 1-j, ​​now in the form Kysburun Perwy, and Kysburun 2 -j, today Islamei ). Even as Dugulubgei the place was incorporated into the Baksan 2003, but spun off a few years later under the present form of the name again, but remained in the county.

Traffic

By Dugulubgei the old route of the federal trunk road R217 runs Kavkaz (formerly M29 ), which runs along the northern edge of the Caucasus to the Azerbaijani border. Since the 1970s there existed a highway-like -developed ring road which skirts the south-west of the village and the neighboring town of Baksan.
