Dynamic-Spectrum-Management

Dynamic Spectrum Management (DSM ) is a DSL technology and to the frequency spectrum of DSL connections optimize in order to allow higher bit rates. Dynamic spectrum management is to enable transmission rates of up to 100 Mbit / s to currently used copper lines. This will be achieved in particular through the pipe cross- optimization of the signal - crosstalk behavior ( crosstalk) by DSM servers, tune the frequency of the use of adjacent lines in the distribution cables to each other.

Practical application is the procedure for VDSL2 Vectoring in ITU -T Recommendation G.993.5.
