Dynamo Apeldoorn

Dynamo Apeldoorn is a Dutch Volleyball Club, the first in the Dutch league (A- League) and played in the Champions League.

History

The club was founded in 1967 as Dynamo Apeldoorn. Since 1986, the team went on under the name of sponsor Piet Zoomers / D Apeldoorn. In 1991, the club was the first time Dutch champion and was able to repeat this success to this day ten times. The team since 1993, six times the Dutch Cup and Super Cup also won. Her biggest international success was achieved with the team winning the Top Teams Cup in 2003. In 2009, the sponsor has withdrawn and the club is called again SV Dynamo ( Dynamo sports club ).

The squad of 2008/09 season consists of 13 players. Trainer is Redbad Strikwerda. The assistant coach is, Mark Roper.
