Dzhamal Otarsultanov
Jamal Sultanowitsch Otarsultanow (Russian Джамал Султанович Отарсултанов; born 14 April 1987) is a Russian freestyle wrestler. It was 2008 European Champion and 2012 Olympic gold medalist in freestyle wrestling each bantamweight.
Career
Jamal Otarsultanow is of Chechen origin. He began in 1996 with the rings and is now a member of the central sports clubs CSKA Moscow of the Russian army. He was and is coached by Amandi Almadiejewitsch Misultanow and Anatoli Kazbijewitsch Margijew. It operated exclusively in free style. Currently, the rings also be acquisition profession. At age 18, he won in 2005 at the Russian Championship of seniors bantamweight behind Zelimkhan Kuchajew and Asir Abdullayev already the 3rd place. In 2006, he started also at the Junior World Championship in Guatemala City and won the world title against Henry Cejudo, USA, Nurlan Turabek Ulu, Kyrgyzstan and Neychew Svetoslav, Bulgaria there.
In 2007 it was re- Jamal Otarsultanow in Beijing junior world champion bantamweight. Towards this title, he defeated Kwan Jang -ho, South Korea, Tsuyoshi Aoki, Japan, Aref Alizadeh, Iran, Vladimir Dubowoi, Ukraine and Sezer Akgül, Turkey. In international championships of the seniors he was not used this year.
In 2008 he occupied as early as 2007, when " Ivan Yarigin " Memorial in Krasnoyarsk bantamweight behind Besik Kuduchow the 2nd place. 2011 in Dortmund and 2012 in Belgrade was Jamal Otarsultanow European champion bantamweight.
