Dziennik Ustaw

The Journal of Laws Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej ( Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland ) is a law journal which reproduces the text of the laws enacted in Poland.

Scope and performance

The Journal of Laws includes current and historical laws ( Ustawa ) Regulations ( rozporządzenie ), and announcements of ministers ( Obwieszczenie ) from 1918.

Since 1 January 2012, the Journal of Laws will be published exclusively online. The service is offered by the Ministry of Administration and Digitization ( Ministerstwo Administracji Cyfryzacji i ) the general public free of charge and without registration.

The Gazette is available in the form of a searchable online database ( Legal Information System ), where the older law leaves were made ​​searchable through OCR.
