Under Smart Clothes (English: intelligent / sophisticated clothes, hence I- Wear ) refers to garments that are equipped with electronic devices or functions. The peculiarity of this dress is that the electronics should not be visible from the outside. Smart clothes are already sold, but are not very widespread yet (as of December 2009). That is why clothing manufacturers see in them an enormous future potential. So it should for example be possible to determine the health condition of the vehicle via sensors in clothing. In an emergency, an emergency call could be sent automatically. Also entertainment media or portable microcomputer will soon be an integral part of the clothing according to many manufacturers. Other ideas are integrated mobile telephones or air conditioning.
