Eagles is the debut album released in 1972 by the U.S. rock band Eagles. The album was a great success for the very young band, it reached number 22 in the charts and went platinum.

In the 2003 published Rolling Stone list of the 500 best albums of all time Eagles was selected at No. 374, as it set new accents for the LA Country Rock.

Peaceful Easy Feeling, Witchy Woman and Take it Easy were released as singles and gaining 22 places, 9 and 12, the latter single is part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame list of 500 Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll and one of the most famous hits of the band.
