Earls of Lade
Jarlen of charge were:
- Hákon Grjótgarðsson, the first Earl of charge.
- Sigurðr Hákonarson, son Håkon and murdered by Harald gray coat ( Old Norse, feldr '=, coat' ).
- Hákon Sigurðarson, son of Sigurd. He conspired with Harald Bluetooth Harald against gray coat and was in consequence as a vassal blue tooth ruler of Norway.
- Eiríkr Hákonarson, son of Håkon. He was with his brother Svein 1000-1012 Governor of Norway under Sven Forkbeard of Denmark.
- Hákon Eiriksson, son of Eirik. Governor of Norway under Sven Forkbeard 1012-1015. He was the last Ladejarl († 1030).
