East Aurora is an American village with about 6700 inhabitants in Erie County southeast of Buffalo in New York State.

History

East Aurora was founded in 1804. The later 13th President of the United States, Millard Fillmore, his former home, which he built as a lawyer at the beginning of his political career, lived there with his wife Abigail from 1826 to 1830. , Is now managed by the Aurora Historical Society.
