Eastcote tube station

Eastcote is an aboveground station London Underground in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It is located in the Travelcard Zone 5 at the Field End Road. The area served by the Metropolitan Line and the Piccadilly Line station was used in 2011 of 2.43 million passengers.

Based on a design by Charles Holden, the station building in the years 1937 to 1939 was completely new. Like the other buildings of this era, it is marked by a cube-shaped main hall of brick and glass, as well as strict geometric shapes. It is since 1994 listed building (Grade II).
